I come from a small rural town in northwest IL. My mom wanted my brother & me to be exposed to other cultures, so we hosted a foreign exchange student from Italy for a year. It was such a great experience, I became a foreign exchange student to Chile for a summer! I got the wanderlust travel bug... I loved learning about new cultures! I couldn't afford to travel in my early adulthood, so I joined the US Air Force to see the world! I lived in Florida, Japan, Hawaii, IL, Qatar, AL, and Germany. I hosted a foreign exchange student from Norway as well. I have had the pleasure to visit 54 countries... (in North & South America, Europe, Asia, Africa & Australia) I want to visit another 54! I have mostly been on land tours, both custom tours and group tours by rail and coach bus. I enjoy them all! I have gone on 2 cruises--to Alaska and to the Baltics. I highly recommend them both! The exciting thing about this new business venture, is that I have to go "vet" tours for you!
